Sue makes two fish sausages
Sue’s fish-heavy list of ingredients is as follows:
Salmon
Anchovies
Un-alive cod
Some prawns
All the herbs
Garlic
Eggs
While Sue’s cooking process is mostly just a voice over of her complaining about how much all of the fish smells, while Alex looks disturbed at what he is hearing from the living room, what she presents to him looks like something that could be served in an actual restaurant.
Sue says that she’s prepared fish sausage two ways. Alex describes the browned version of the sausage as “brilliant”, and says that the pink one (which Sue says has a smoked salmon casing) “should be on sale”.
Sue tries her sausages herself, and seems pleasantly surprised at the taste.
Alex tells Sue that both sausages were “surprisingly pleasant... almost too nice”, and awards her first place.
