Task briefs
The first task brief is stuck to a whiteboard in the lab. All of the other briefs are attached to the contestants’ overalls with Velcro by Alex. The briefs for the task are as follows:
Complete all the tasks, then put the tubs back on your heads.
One person must be looking at a teammate at all times during these tasks.
Also, one person must be shaking their head and smiling at all times during the task.
And one person must only shout.
Fastest wins.
Your time starts when Alex blows his whistle.
Do a total of 20 squats.
Shake hands.
Eat one bowl of cereal in the lab.
Shake hands.
Make your buckets look like your faces.
Name a total of five biscuits.
Shake hands.
Sniff the front door.
Shake hands.
Tell each other something you’ve done that you regret.
Shake hands.
Write a powerful message to the other team on the whiteboard.
Task notes
- There are several different-coloured marker pens on the tray of the whiteboard.
- Also in the lab, there is a large yellow bucket for each team member.
- The contestants enter the lab wearing orange boiler suits with large Velcro strips on them (as previously seen in the ‘Use the scratching post to remove balls from your suit’ task) over the traditional blue boiler suits.
- They are instructed by Alex to put the buckets on their heads while he attaches 12 additional task briefs to their boiler suits.
