The brief for the task is as follows:
Put on the glasses, drink the champagne, eat the raisins, fire the confetti cannon, write a resolution for 2025, and wish the Taskmaster a ‘Happy New Year’.
You may only wish the Taskmaster a ‘Happy New Year’ after completing all of the other tasks correctly.
Fastest wins.
Your time starts when Markl blows his whistle.
Task notes
- The contestants are lined up side-by-side on stage, each stood behind a table upon which there are several New Year’s Eve props, including a flute of champagne, a confetti cannon, a pair of novelty 2025 glasses, and a dozen raisins (traditional in Portugal on New Year’s Eve).
- Each contestant also has a small whiteboard and a marker pen for the purposes of writing down their New Year’s resolution.
