Marte advances duct tape fashion
While thinking about what to make, Marte informs Olli that while in school, she had studied “Tegning, form og farge” (‘Drawing, shape, and colour’ - a popular artistic study programme which ran at Norwegian high schools between 1994 and 2007).
Marte then seems to begin operating on instinct, as she picks up a roll of duct tape and seems surprised to start wrapping some around her own waist.
Marte fashions herself a pair of duct tape cycling shorts, but insists that her foray into duct tape fashion feels incomplete. She then finds a hat, and starts wrapping that in duct tape, too, topping it off with a whole roll of tape.
Marte then models her designs, titling the look “Lurvefrans-Design Anno 1949” (it’s not known if this refers to a real thing, but it apparently sounds like something traditional in Norway).
Atle is disappointed with everyone’s attempts, and awards Marte joint fourth place.
