Tete makes a comfortless hammock
As Tete enters the room to find the task brief, he immediately refers to the pile of duct tape as “MacGyver’s gold”.
After looking around the room, Tete immediately declares that his object must be a hammock.
As Tete starts to run long strips of duct tape between some pipes and over the sofa, he jokes with Olli that Christian’s biggest joy in life is coffee, so he will definitely just make a cup (he is correct about this).
Tete then invites Olli to try his hammock and, when Olli refuses, tries it himself.
Despite the cracking noises of the duct tape losing its grip on the pipes, Tete reassures Olli that the sounds are nothing to worry about, and continues to try to lie down on it.
As the hammock collapses under the weight, Tete merely lowers himself onto the couch beneath, still trying to portray his hammock as functional and comfortable.
Atle is disappointed with everyone’s attempts, but awards Tete first place (but only 3 points), presumably because Tete made something which was at least close to the definition of ‘applied art’.
