Lucy’s anatomical lesson
Lucy brings in a model of a human skeleton, which she says illustrates the “importance of cartilage”.
The skeleton has large red arrows pointing to its shoulders and knees, where there would be cartilage, were it alive.
Lucy correctly points out that the absence of cartilage would cause someone to groan if they were to do any sort of physical exertion requiring the use of those joints, and says that her prize is meant to remind the winner to take care of their own cartilage. However, when Greg asks how that can be done, Lucy admits that she doesn’t know.
Greg awards Lucy joint fourth place.
