Marte’s wedding dress

Marte brings in her wedding dress, revealing that she had married when she was just 19 years old, in 1997.

When Tete is amazed that Marte had married at such a young age, Christian murmurs that it must be a “world record”, a call-back to when Tete had genuinely wondered whether Marte still menstruating at the age of 45 was a world record, in a previous episode.

Marte explains that she considers the dress to be representative of her most botched work, as she subsequently divorced her husband after just 10 months.

When Atle asks Marte if she regrets having gotten divorced, she admits that she does not, as she subsequently had three children with someone else.

Atle awards Marte third place.
