Marie-Lyne decides Boris’ answers for him
Marie-Lyne says “Ich liebe dich!” (‘I love you!’) to Boris after learning that he is German, thus coining the episode title.
She begins the task by asking Boris in English (for some reason) if he knows the Happy Birthday song, and then starts to hum it. He starts to sing it in German, and Marie-Lyne asks when his birthday is. She understands ‘December’, but incorrectly guesses that Boris was born on the second.
She apparently either just does not want to do the task, or is unaware that she can keep guessing until the gets the correct answer for each question.
Marie-Lyne mimes rapidly eating something with a smile, then points to Boris. He starts to describe a margherita pizza, and Marie-Lyne says that Boris’ favourite food is cutlets. As Boris is still talking, she adds that he must like brown sauce with his cutlets.
After Boris explains that his father is an engineer, Marie-Lyne decides that he is a farmer.
Marie-Lyne mimes being afraid of something, and Boris explains that he’s afraid of something happening to his children. Marie-Lyne decides that this means that Boris is afraid of the dark.
After Boris informs Marie-Lyne that his greatest wish is world peace, Marie-Lyne translates it as a desire to fly.
After the task is over, Marie-Lyne asks Boris if he can actually speak French, and he responds in French that he can.
Marie-Lyne gets no correct answers, and earns last place (with no points).
