Phil enlists help from the audience
Phil, leaning into his newly-dubbed role as “the traitor” by Antoine, attempts to gain an assist from members of the audience in the balcony directly behind Louis.
He gestures to them to rub their head if the picture is of Antoine, and their nose if the picture is cheese.
The audience members apparently do signal him, as he confidently states that the picture is of Antoine. However, it transpires that Phil has been betrayed, as the picture is instead of cheese.
Phil gives his would-be assistants the bras d’honneur before returning to his seat.
