Marte’s leftover fundraiser supplies
Atle chooses Marte to present her prize submission first, as it is nearly as tall as her. Marte is initially hesitant about this, and comments that she believes he tends to forget whatever positive impact is made on him by the people who present their prizes first. Atle counters that Marte’s prize submission is so big that it would be difficult to forget it.
Marte brings in something that she says she uses as a “finisher” several times a day: a mountain of toilet paper. She explains that her children are going to Poland (in Norway, it is common for children to raise money to fund school trips by selling toilet paper), and that she has been left with a large amount of toilet paper after the fundraising period that she cannot get rid of.
Olli twists the knife a bit, suggesting to Marte that he believes that Atle won’t forget her entry just because she presented it first.
Atle thinks all of the entries are strong, but believes that Marte has submitted a “classic finisher”, and awards her last place.
Olli sarcastically comments that it must “suck to go first”.
