Julian barely fulfils the brief

Julian chooses the ‘sleepwalking’ option.

He starts off in bed, snoring then, after several seconds, pulls the covers off, revealing that he is still wearing his boots.

Julian then climbs out of bed, using a nearby pillar to help pull himself up, and leaves the hutch, walking down the steps and outside.

He then immediately turns around and re-enters the hutch, falling back onto the bed on his side.

The best that can be said about Julian’s attempt is that he met all of the required conditions, and he kept his eyes shut throughout. However, Flossie does not believe that Julian was sleeping.

Amazingly, Greg awards Julian third place.
