The task brief is laid on a pillow, on the steps of the hutch. The brief for the task is as follows:
Convince a child that you’re asleep.
You must either have a nap lasting one minute with your face visible throughout. During this nap, you must snore and sleepwalk.
Or you must have a nap lasting one minute where you are not in bed at all, but the child thinks you are. During this nap, you must snore and sleep talk.
Most convincing sleeper wins.
You have a maximum of 20 minutes.

Task notes
- This task takes place in the evening, when it is already dark, or getting dark.
- All of the contestants are wearing striped flannel pyjamas and stocking caps, to fit the theme of the task.
- The child they have to fool is a young girl named Flossy. She is filmed in the living room, being shown the footage of each of their attempts on a tablet by Alex, at a later date.
