Sue’s double-sided art
Sue presents Greg with a double-sided frame containing two versions of a photograph which had been taken in the garden of the Taskmaster house, and had then either been reproduced as paintings, or had been run through a filter to make them appear as such.
She explains that she had wanted to present Alex in a “more aesthetic, romantic, even sexual way”.
The painting in the front of the frame shows Alex posing in a recreation of Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus, while the painting in the back is of the same scene but includes Sue herself, holding a hairdryer, to blow Alex’s lustrous hair away from his face.
Greg seems genuinely taken with the images of his “favourite man in the world”, and awards Sue first place.
