Sam throws a baby head

Sam tells Alex that he needs string, and asks if he’s allowed to go into the house. Alex, of course, replies only that “all of the information is on the task”.

Sam heads into the house and then re-emerges with a ball of string, a pair of scissors, and one of the baby head planters from the living room.

He initially throws the baby head planter at the clown and, when questioned on this by Alex, replies that he was simply testing his “thrust”.

Sam then ties his deck with his string, and throws the whole thing at the clown. It hits the clown’s nose and bounces off, landing near the edge of the stage.

Luckily for Sam, part of the string and the deck itself have settled just outside of the boundary area, and so he is able to retrieve the deck without having to search for tools to assist him.

After expressing his surprise at the lucky landing position of the cards, Sam takes his time readying his next throw at the clown’s mouth, which succeeds. Sam promptly runs away, after his success.

In the studio, Sam likens the feeling of landing his throw to that of a woman who had once told him a story of her near-death experience, and meeting God, who she told him had taken the form of a pink crystal.

Sam gets 52 cards into the clown’s mouth, but is then disqualified after Alex plays additional footage revealing that Sam’s fingertips had crossed the threshold, while he was throwing the cards.
