Julian names his exercises

For his first exercise, Julian lies on the ground with his legs spread in the air, bringing them in towards his body before kicking them out again, while using a resistance band. He calls this pelvic floor exercise “Stirrups”.

Julian’s second exercise has him remaining on the ground, but he has moved the boxing gloves to his feet. He alternates kicking Alex in the face with his be-gloved feet, in an exercise he dubs “Punch the Cunt”.

For his third exercise, Julian lies on his stomach on the exercise ball, before kicking his arms and legs out, and momentarily remaining balanced on top of the ball. He calls this exercise “The Flying Homosexual”.

Julian’s routine ends with him doing a single squat, with a horse’s head balances on one of his shoulders. Naturally, Julian dubs this move “Horsey Hamstrings”.
