To Sue:
Demonstrate the most effective high-intensity four-part exercise routine.
Each of your four exercises must be original, and must take place on this mat.
The first must last eight seconds. The second, four. The third, two. The fourth, one second long.
Also, each move must start with a ‘Whoops!’, and end with a ‘Yeah!’.
You have a maximum of 15 minutes.

Task notes
- Next to the mat, there is a variety of exercise equipment, including an exercise ball and yoga mat, a water bottle, ankle weights, boxing gloves, hand weights, and an exercise step.
- All of the contestants arrive in the room wearing wrist and forehead sweatbands, with each contestant having their own unique colour of these accessories.
- Although the way that this task is set up so that the contestants’ attempts can be edited together in a loop may have been inspired by Taskmaster NZ’s ‘The Presidential blockbuster’ task, it is otherwise different enough that it is categorised as original here.
