Susan’s hench wrists
For her first exercise, Susan uses a resistance band to throw around the exercise ball.
Her second exercise sees her kneeling on the ground while wearing boxing gloves, and she rapidly rolls a pair of hand weights on the floor in front of her. When Greg expresses confusion over this exercise in the studio, Susan claims that it is to help develop “hench wrists”.
Susan stands back up for her third exercise, which involves her holding the exercise step and thrusting against it.
Susan’s exercise routine ends with her throwing the yoga mat on the ground.
Greg awards Susan joint third place.
