Kristoffer considers chopping down a tree
After reading the task brief, Kristoffer fetches an axe from the shed and returns with it to the caravan. He explains to Olli that his original plan had been to chop down and create a new Christmas tree, which he could then touch freely. However, during his trip to the shed, he had realised that he could instead just use the axe to move the existing tree.
Kristoffer hooks the axe around the Christmas tree’s stand, and drags it into the caravan, then hooks the axe around the trunk of the tree to pull it upright.
When Olli points out that a strand of lights has caught on something outside, Kristoffer uses a hand saw to simply sever the connection, rather than trying to untangle them.
With the Christmas tree set up inside the caravan, Kristoffer turns his eye towards replicating the background depicted in the photo. He accomplishes this by spray-painting a replica of the caravan on the inside wall of the caravan, and using some tinsel and Christmas lights to replicate the string lights on the exterior of the caravan.
Atle awards Kristoffer third place.
