Phil is bested by hubris

Phil immediately folds a box, starting his five minute timer.

He admits to enjoying the act of folding boxes, and quickly folds and stacks a tower of four.

Phil does not close the tops of his boxes, instead balancing each box on top of the upright flaps of the box beneath it, which adds some extra height to each storey. He does, however, completely fold his fifth box, in order for it to fit comfortably beneath the ceiling.

Unfortunately, hubris gets the better of Phil, as he decides to lift his tower in order to slide another box in at the bottom. Although he successfully moves the new box into place, two boxes fall from the top of his tower, as he lowers it back down.

Phil’s final tower is measured at 2.5 metres, and he earns third place.
