The task brief is presented inside of a small, sealed Le Maître du Jeu-branded cardboard box, either outside of Antoine's cabin (for Marie-Lyne, Mona, and Tammy), or within a large, open room in the house (for Kevin, Phil). The brief for the task is as follows:
Build the highest tower.
You have five minutes from when your first box was assembled.
You have a maximum of 20 minutes.
Your time starts now.
Task notes
- Near to the small box containing the task brief, there is a stack of unassembled cardboard boxes, as well as a roll of masking tape.
- In this version of the task, it is not explicitly stated that the tower has to be made out of boxes.
- For the first time this season, the fact that Kevin and Phil have conducted a task indoors when the others have conducted the same task outside is acknowledged in the studio, and Antoine confirms that it was due to bad weather (low temperatures and heavy rain).
