Leo’s gang sweater

Like Calle, Leo has also brought a sweater. He starts out by making sure to note that he is larger than Calle, which automatically makes his sweater more expensive, no matter how one measures value, as it would take more time to create, and use more materials.

Leo’s black and white sweater has ‘NMG’ knitted on the breast, which Leo claims is the name of his ‘gang’. In actuality, NMG – which stands for ‘Norges Mest Grenseløse’ (‘Norway’s Most Borderless’) – is a hip-hop-focused independent record label, of which Leo is one of the managers (though he never actually explains any of this on the show).

Leo then tries to one-up Calle’s sweater by claiming that his own sweater had been knitted by a woman with only one hand. He also appeals to Solveig, reminding her that whenever she’d brought up the fact that her mother only had one foot (he is misremembering; she only had one leg), he was the only person who hadn’t laugh about it (definitely not true).

Atle awards Leo last place, purely because his sweater pitch had come after Calle’s.
