Leo has this in the bag

Leo uses what appears to be a cloth bandage to attach the candle to his head, thus technically fulfilling the task requirement while leaving both of his hands free.

He sources a large plastic bag, and places the entire pot of mulled wine inside of it before firmly knotting it up. He then carries the pot down to the stove, relying on the bag to catch any wine that might spill out of the pot during transport.

Upon reaching the stove, he places the pot on the stove, and then drains most of the spilled drips from the bag into the pot (though he dismisses the final few drops as being not worth caring about).

Leo moves 19.6 litres of mulled wine in total, and wins the task.
