Charlotta makes a monkey out of David
Charlotta searches the shed for a prize, and soon finds a Bäst i Test-themed first place prize ribbon.
Nothing is shown of Charlotta’s planning process. The next we see of her attempt is her presenting her challenge to David: David must find and retrieve a small plastic monkey figure that she has hidden in the shed.
She then changes the terms of her challenge almost immediately, as she tells David that he is not allowed to jump – only stand on his tiptoes – and she shows him exactly where the monkey is hidden: on top of one of the beams of the shed’s ceiling.
David stretches as far as he can, but is unable to reach the monkey on his first attempt, and then admits that he’d thought this was a challenge he could easily achieve.
Despite trying to cause the monkey to fall from its perch by shaking a container hanging from the same beam, David is ultimately unable to retrieve the monkey.
For completing a challenge that David could not, Charlotta earns 3 points.
