Get the flour to the target
- In this task, often set as a team task, the contestants are instructed to get as much flour onto a target (or into a bowl) as possible, while remaining within a defined area (or not leaving the area while carrying flour).
- In most versions the contestants are provided with a collection of supplies to help them move the flour.

Adapted versions
In this solo version of the task, the contestants are not provided with any supplies, and must move as much flour as possible to a bowl, rather than a target. They are permitted to leave their starting location, but not while carrying flour.
