Task briefs

The first task brief is laid on a plinth on the patio, along with a helmet and some black-out goggles.|The second task brief is attached to a large red wheelie bin, in front of the shed. The briefs for the task are as follows:

To everyone:

Get the trash can through the course.

Fastest correctly completed course wins.

At least one contestant must be in the trash can.

The remaining contestant(s) must be blindfolded and drive the trash can.

You have one minute to assign roles.

Your time starts now.

To Eva and Thomas:

Throughout the task, you may only use words that begin with ‘H’.

Task notes

Mark leads the wheelie bin rider to the bin alone, in order to give them time to read the second task brief, before he then leads their blindfolded teammate(s) to them.
The obstacle course marked out on the lawn with cones includes signs instructing the contestants to ‘Drive backwards to the next spot’, ‘Make a team-mate pop the balloon’, ‘Wait here for exactly 11 seconds’, ‘Make your team-mate clap exactly 3 times’, and ‘Park the trash can at the starting spot’.
