The task brief is stuck into the top of a Jordgubbstårta (a traditional midsummer strawberry and cream cake), on a small table in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Resist the temptation to smash a cake right into David’s face.
If you don’t smash the cake in David’s face, you get 3 points.
If you smash the cake into David’s face, you’re disqualified.
You have three minutes.
Your time starts now.

- David is stood right next to the table with the cake on, and does his best to subtly tempt the contestants to smash the cake into his face.
