The task brief is laid on a small table in the saloon. The brief for the task is as follows:
Put five grapes in the little bowl.
The plate with the most flour remaining after five minutes wins.

Task notes
- Also on the table, there is a large plate of flour balanced on top of a tiny dish, and a small bowl intended for the grapes.
- Before the contestants read the task brief, Markl makes them put a pair of flippers on their hands. Although not explicitly stated in the task brief (at least, according to the footage seen), the contestants must wear the flippers throughout the task.
- There are some alternative grapes lining the back wall of the saloon, as well as hidden inside the wagon wheel. As they are purple, they partially blend in with the dark wood of the saloon, but are also partially-obscured by the hay covering the floor.
