- The contents of the tray include: a glass of orange juice, a cup of black coffee, a very full bowl of soup; a basket full of bread rolls, a plate of salad, and a newspaper.
- Olli is seated on a deck chair on a picnic blanket next to the caravan, waiting for his lunch.
- Olli is famously allergic to many things, so the requirement that the contestants may not step on the grass has been written to lean into this.
