- Also on the table, which is covered with a gingham table cloth, there is a tall drinking glass with a handle, a stainless steel jug full of milk, a hand-held electric milk-frother, a ceramic dish containing cocoa powder, a ceramic dish containing sugar, a plate of millionaire’s shortbread or tiffin squares, and a visual guide to making a variety of different coffee drinks, titled ‘Rose Mocha-feo’s’.
