Inês' satisfying pacifier

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Inês brings in a pacifier. Inês admits that for years, she used a pacifier as an adult until they made her teeth crooked. When she got a mouth guard to fix the problem, she realised that the feeling of satisfaction she got from the pacifier wasn’t from the sucking motion, but from the feel of it as it rested on the soft skin of upper lip. Vasco places Inês fourth.
