Henrik uses his body

Henrik’s strategy for the pop-up monsters is to soak the suction cups with his saliva, in order to keep them stuck to the table longer. However, this does not seem to work for him. He moves on to a strategy that involves him preparing several items and holding them down with his hand, so he can release them simultaneously. Using this method, Henrik is eventually successful after 4 minutes and 58 seconds, winning the task.
