Mona the exceptional
Mona first reads the throwing task. After she does, a strong gust of wind blows away her cheese puff, so she abandons it until later. Mona throws the granola bar at the bucket, and misses. For her next throw, Mona stretches the definition of ‘behind the rope’, but technically remains behind it, by pushing against it and stretching it forwards. This extra distance helps, as her throw lands in the bucket.
Mona reads the eating task second. She attempts to suck up the Jell-O from the plate but, when she is unable to do so, picks up the cheese puff from the forest floor and eats that instead.
Finally, Mona reads the balancing task, and is upset to realise that she hadn’t even spotted the ‘perch’. She pulls the table closer to the pole, awkwardly climbs up on top of the table, and sticks the Jell-O on top of the pole.
Antoine stops the clock, and Mona calls her entire attempt “exceptional”.
Mona completes all three tasks in 2 minutes and 1 second, and wins the task.
