Marte’s meaty euphemism
Immediately after reading the first task brief, Marte tells Olli that her first instinct is to make a “kjøttfløyte” (‘meat whistle’; a euphemism for penis in both languages).
Marte’s meat flute closely resembles a set of panpipes, being made of three or four large, dried sausages tied together, with some holes carved into it.
Wishing to decorate her instrument a little more, Marte leaves the lab and soon returns with a handful of modelling balloons, calling them “very Peru”.
After receiving the second task brief, she briefly attempts to play her meat whistle (humming her own notes as she does so), before opting to attempt to eat her instrument in the allotted time instead. She tries her best, but complains that the sausage she had used for her creation was much too heavy.
She manages to eat just one of the sausages within the three minute time limit, and argues to Olli that she had made three individual flutes and tied them together, so she has technically completed the brief.
Marte earns joint last place.
