Tete’s drum kit
Tete debates using sausages to make a horn or a trumpet. However, he ultimately stays true to himself and his talents and instead builds a drum kit out of circular fruits and vegetables resting on top of trophies and urns. His cymbal is made of some sort of thin, hard, brittle bread.
After receiving the second task brief, Tete uses two stalks of celery as his drumsticks, and plays a quick solo on all of his fruits and vegetables which, thanks to their varying densities, do make different sounds. Like a true drummer, one of his sticks even breaks with the force of one of his strikes.
Tete also plays the iconic drum fill from Phil Collins’ In the Air Tonight, before leaving the lab.
For being the only contestant to produce notably different sounds from his instrument, Tete wins the task by default.
