Siri uses cooking techniques

After attempting to crack a chestnut with a large wooden bowl, Siri tries cracking one with some sort of solid copper urn.

She appears to be the only contestant who considers that she should adjust the force used to crack the nut depending on the weight of each chosen tool. However, she does not use enough force while using the copper urn, so then leaves the lab in search of another tool.

Siri returns to the lab with a handful of kitchen knives and, after unsuccessfully attempting to use the handle of one of them to crack a nut, remembers the garlic-crushing technique used by many television chefs, and so cracks open a chestnut using the flat of the blade of a different knife.

Siri is apparently satisfied with the resulting kernel, despite its small size, and so tells Olli to stop the clock.

Siri completes the task in 2 minutes and 20 seconds, and earns third place.
