Mona, Phil, and Tammy consider violence

As the team search the shed for items to help, Mona suddenly gets the idea to “fucking cut the hose”, and asks Tammy if there are any shears in the shed.

Mona then remembers that there is an axe on the property (it is later revealed that Mona is thinking of a fire axe, which is not stored in the shed), so tells Phil to run and get it, as he’s not wearing high-heels.

Meanwhile, Mona and Tammy decide to still try to protect Antoine with various items, just in case Phil is unable to return before the shower turns on.

Tammy decides to hold a body board (the same one Phil used during his attempt at the ‘Slide as far as possible’ task) above Antoine at an angle, so that the water will just be diverted away from him.

Mona places a wooden board underneath part of the hose, saying that she does not want to ruin the expensive astroturf by cutting it with an axe.

Phil returns with the axe and also a container of cable ties, explaining his alteration to the plan: in order to keep the hose usable after the task, he believes they should knot the hose at a few points and secure it with cable ties. Mona complains that Phil’s idea is less fun, but agrees.

In their final few seconds, the team is able to put two kinks at different points in the hose, and appears to have had to abandon a third one near the shower head.

The water is turned on, but the cable ties hold strong, and Antoine remains completely dry. The team celebrate their non-violent solution.

In the studio, Mona jokes that they were already working at a disadvantage, as Antoine would already be ‘wet’, given the dual presence of both herself and Tammy on the team, so she thought the only way they could win would be to completely remove the threat of any water coming out of the hose.

Tammy jokes in response that Mona is used to removing things that don’t serve her (presumably referencing her need to ‘tuck’ when dressing in drag).

Louis awards the team 5 points each.
