John raises awareness for cycling-related gum disease

In the first round, John decides to turn his sausage into a full-toothed grin with red lips. Understanding that the task will require him to keep altering the same picture, he explains to Greg that he had wanted to play the round strategically and not put “all of my eggs into one human basket”. Greg says that he likes John’s sausage smile, but then clarifies that he doesn’t necessarily prefer it over Joanne’s sausage penis.

In the second round, John makes his sausage scary by adding eyes and a nose, and converting the red lips into a mouth dripping with blood.

In the third round, he finally gives the sausage a complete head, including hair, and draws what he claims are some bicycles beneath it. Unable to hide the existing blood-dripping mouth, he attempts to explain to Greg that the sausage is part of the Team GB Olympic cycling team, who have pedalled their bicycles so fast around the velodrome that they’ve ended up with terrible bleeding gums. Greg doesn’t buy into John’s cycling story, and he is eliminated third, earning 3 points.
