Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Bring your sausage to life.

You have 30 seconds.

You may not write any words on your drawing.

Best sausage wins.

The contestants are lined up side-by-side on the stage, each seated on a wooden chair at an old-fashioned wooden school desk.
On each desk, there is a canvas with the outline of a sausage already printed on it.
The canvases also have blocks attached to their backs, to enable them to be hung from the front of the desks in either landscape or portrait orientation.
There is also a small metal bucket attached to the side of each desk, containing an open-topped wooden pen holder full of marker pens in a variety of colours.
In the first round, the contestants must make their sausage human.
In the second round, the contestants must make their sausage scary.
In the third round, the contestants must make their sausage sporty.
In the fourth round, the contestants must make their sausage sexy.
