Release the Taskmaster’s assistant
- In this task the contestants receive a vague instruction about their time starting, without being given an explicit objective. A clue to the actual objective of the task (to free the Taskmaster’s assistant from their handcuffs) is hidden in the room (usually in UV ink on the task brief itself). Additional clues are hidden around the Taskmaster’s house, leading them on a treasure hunt which ultimately informs them that the key to the handcuffs is hidden on the assistant themself (often right in their hand).
