And so it begins... What's in store for the Autumn 2022 Taskmaster season

The Autumn season of the international Taskmaster franchise kicks off with a bang today, with the first episodes of both season 6 of Norway's Kongen Befaler, and season 1 of the Quebecois newcomer, Le Maître du Jeu.

Then, just two weeks later (as confirmed in an official announcement yesterday), we'll get to see the first episode of series 14 of Taskmaster UK.

But that's not all! Starting on 5 November, while all three of those are still on the air, the first episode of season 6 of Denmark's Stormester will also be released.

All in all, we have 40 episodes of Taskmaster fun-time to enjoy between now and Christmas. What a time to be a Taskmaster nerd!

We'll still be on the look-out, of course, for further news on what can be expected for the Spring 2023 season. So far, we know for sure that there will be a second season of Taskmaster Portugal, a seventh season of Bäst i Test, and a fifteenth season of Taskmaster UK, but dates and full casts are not yet known.

We'll also hopefully hear soon about whether there'll be a fourth season of Finland's Suurmestari in 2023, and some confirmation of the rumour that SBS are working on the production of an Australian Taskmaster.
