- As a joke on the contestants, all of whom were commissioning editors for TV networks, Alex described how he had “zoned out” during the pitches, and then hadn’t actually edited together their attempts for the show, as “it felt like they weren’t right for us at the time”. They then moved right on to the next task without awarding any points.
