Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Live re-enters the lab wearing a Pakistan cricket helmet, and carrying a tank of helium and a variety of food items. Her highlight reel begins with an exploding balloon and a scream. She is then seen chanting the lyrics to Oops Up Side Your Head (by the Gap Band), having inhaled some of the helium. She's then seen letting go of an inflated balloon, which flies around wildly. She then challenges herself to each as many fruits and vegetables as possible, taking bites from a satsuma and an apple, chugging some yoghurt, and washing it all down with some RedBull, before peeling a banana. She's then seen singing under the influence of helium again: this time performing a version of 66 År ['66 years'] by the Norwegian singer Wenche Myhre. She's then finally seen letting go of another balloon, and laughing like a maniac, before ending her recording. Atle admits that it is not something he would watch, but Martha says that she would 100% subscribe to Live's livestream, despite the rendition of 66 År. Atle awards her fourth place, despite not being able to identify anything in particular that was wrong with it.
  • Martha decides to play a streamer character named Frida, who is playing Fortnite for the first time, and encountering just how horrible some online gamers can be. Atle doesn't seem to understand that she is playing a character, and suggests that she sounds like someone's 58-year-old aunt trying to play the game. Martha resigns herself to just receiving one point, saying that Atle doesn't understand his own task, but actually earns second place for her effort.
  • Kristoffer completely misunderstands the task, and begins retelling the story of Three Billy Goats Gruff on camera, getting halfway through the story before realising his mistake, and simply leaving the room. Kristoffer's failure and embarrassment brings Espen a lot of joy, after so many tasks which he had solved so perfectly. Atle awards him last place for his mistake.
  • Henriette appears to experience actual physical discomfort in response to reading the task brief. She manages to save herself from a complete embarrassment, though, by accidentally ringing the service bell once before she even starts her filming, meaning that the camera is always off when she thinks it is on, and vice-versa. She states that the resulting "art by accident", as Atle describes it, is certainly much better than what she had been trying to film, which appeared to consist of a series of stretching exercises. Amazingly, Atle awards her effort three points, since he believed she had invented a new genre.
  • Espen performs an iPhone game testing video with over-the-top enthusiasm, screaming and shouting, with his mouth full of food, as he plays the usually very low-key card game of Solitaire on his phone. He ends the video by announcing that he'll be testing Three-in-a-Row in his next livestream. Atle admits that what he likes best about Espen's attempt is that his dislike of the livestreaming format shines through clearly. He awards Espen first place for his hate-fueled effort.
