The task brief is attached to a space hopper on the driveway of the Kongen Befaler house. The brief for the task is as follows:
Get from start to finish using one of these means of transportation.
If you use something that no-one else has used, your time will be halved.
If you use something that someone else has used, your time will be multiplied by the number of contestants who have used the same thing.
Fastest over the finish line wins.
You cannot try anything before you start.
You cannot change your mind once you’ve made a choice.
Task notes
- The space hopper – along with a unicycle, a tiny bicycle, a pogo stick, and a suit of armour, are all placed behind a line on the driveway between two trees, indicating a starting line.
- 30 metres away, near the end of the driveway, Olli stands at a finish line.
- The contestants’ time does not start until they cross the starting line, and so excludes their deliberation time.
