Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

Iain used a hose to spray the beach ball towards the finishing line, realising he did not have to guide it through the obstacle course. He made the beach ball cross the finishing line in 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Joe started to throw water at the beach ball using plant pots until it reached the brick wall, which he thought was the finishing line. He then continued to use the plant pots, and watering cans filled with water, until he got stuck by the garage. He eventually used ice cubes to push the beach ball through the course and towards the finishing line. He made the beach ball cross the finishing line in 16 minutes and 21 seconds.
Lou used a hose to spray the beach ball towards the finishing line, removing the hose head as she could not work out how to change its setting. She avoided the obstacle course to get the ball acorss the finishing line in 5 minutes and 37 seconds.
Paul moved the finishing line closer to the start line, but had to rebuild it completely. He then used a hose to very slowly spray the beach ball across the finishing line in 11 minutes and 30 seconds.
Sian used a hose to spray the beach ball all the way through the obstacle course and across the finishing line in 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
