In this version of the task, some of the additional rules introduced throughout the game are different. For example, numbers must be spoken in Spanish, rather than French, in the final round.

Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

As a group, count to 13.

Each player says a number in turn.

Every time you say an odd number, you must also squat.

Every time you say an even number, you must also jump.

If you make a mistake, you’re eliminated.

If you get to 13, other rules will be introduced.

If the Taskmaster finds that you hesitated for too long, you’re eliminated.

Task notes

The contestants are lined up side-by-side on the stage.
In the second round, the additional rule added is that the contestants must wave on any number that is a multiple of 3.
In the third round, the new rule added is that the contestants must say anything other than the actual number, for any number that is a multiple of 4.
In the fourth and final round, the additional rule is that all numbers must be spoken in Spanish.

Notes on task scores

Although Virginie is seen to be awarded 3 points during this task, her episode score increases by 4 points when the final scoreboard update is show. It’s assumed that this is merely an administrative error.
