Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Do some acting.

In turns, choose a scene from a trophy, then act it out.

The two most brilliant actors and the two most terrible actors will proceed to the next round.

You get 10 seconds for each scene.

Task notes

The contestants are lined up side-by-side along the back of the stage.
Tom Cashman is stood at the left-hand side of the stage next to two plinths, on top of which there is a wooden board, on top of which there are five small Oscar-like golden statuettes.
While one contestant is taking their turn to act a scene, the others take a seat on a bench at the left-hand side of the stage.
As the contestants are eliminated, they take a seat on a bench at the right-hand side of the stage.
In the first round, the two best and two worst actors make it through to the next round.
In the second round, only the single best and worst actors make it through to the next round.
In the final round, the most terrible actor wins.
