Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

Doc threw the items across the stream, not noticing the two bridges either side. Despite finishing in 4 minutes 24 seconds, he accidently left a can in the stream, so was disqualified.
Joe threw everything to the other side of the stream, before putting all the shopping into the trolley. He completed the task in 1 minute 52 seconds, receiving 5 points.
Jon threw the shopping across the stream, completing the task in 3 minutes 14 seconds. However, he left the sponges in his pockets, so was disqualified.
Katherine walked around to the trolley, before realising the trolley had no wheels. She then moved the rest of the shopping by going through the stream and climbing up the bank, She completed the task in 2 minutes 44, receiving 3 points.
