Siri’s childhood photograph
Siri says that she has chosen something that brought a tear to her eye because it had moved her so deeply. Her voice wobbles while she introduces her prize submission, and she notes that it’s because she’s hesitant to reveal it, because it’s so personal.
Siri turns out to have brought a photo of herself as a toddler. When Atle asks if Siri is truly more moved by childhood photographs of herself than of her own children, Siri replies that she knows what it is like to have a good start, but then know nothing but struggle afterwards.
Later, Siri admits that she finds her prize submission embarrassing, in light of Solveig’s contribution.
Atle awards Siri second place.
