Calle thinks vertically

Calle is the only contestant to move his construction out of the study. He decides to build it upstairs, laying individual Seigmenn on the ground, equidistant from one other, as tiny platforms to hold sheets of gingerbread just above the ground.

Calle continues with this building method throughout his attempt, appearing to cover most of the top floor of the house with one continuous length of slightly elevated gingerbread.

After confirming with Olli that he needs to be able to pass underneath his bridge, Calle then simply walks down the stairs and underneath the archway leading into the study, thus passing underneath the part of his bridge which is on the floor above him. This revelation particularly bothers Solveig, who puts her head in her hands, in the studio.

Calle builds a 15.3 metre bridge, and wins the task.
