Episode synopsis

In this episode, the contestants must bring in something they might get in trouble for, transport the most water in the fewest steps, make the heaviest thing hover, balance Olli on a see-saw, and play a game of ‘Lego or lasagna?’.

Title context

“Release the spirit level” was the phrase the contestants had to utter during the ‘Balance Olli on a see-saw’ task, and was therefore not coined by anyone in particular.

Taskmaster Intro

Welcome to Kongen Befaler, where five TV personalities go head-to-head, safely in the hands of my steady assistant, Olli Wermskog! [Olli: Thank you very much. Lovely to be here to assist you.] Good to have you. But what’s even nicer is, of course, a bust in gold of me!

Note: The entire introduction section is mouthed silently by Atle and Olli while audio of someone else speaking the words in Spanish is played. Olli is visibly confused by the situation, and is seen navigating on his tablet in order to change the language settings of the show back to Norwegian, but Atle doesn’t seem to notice the problem.
